IMPORTANT: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By signing this form you hire e-bike(s) from Leisure Lodges Ltd and agree that:

  • You use the e-bike(s) entirely at your own risk. Cycling and e-bike use carry inherent risks of injury, death, and property damage.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and anyone using an e-bike under this hire.
  • You will follow the Highway Code and traffic laws, and ride only where legal and safe.
  • You will not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and not modify power assistance beyond legal limits.
  • You confirm you are fit to ride and that the licence details and images are true and yours.
  • You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the e-bike(s) during the hire (fair wear and tear excepted).
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leisure Lodges Ltd excludes liability for loss or injury arising from e-bike hire and use, except where injury or death is caused by our negligence or liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • You will return the e-bike(s) on time, clean and usable, with any keys/chargers supplied.
